2.  Tip Corner
TMoD —  Plan for the meeting the best you can and then be flexible.  And can you and your team be flexible with you?  For instance,  a prepared speaker suddenly must attend a last-minute, no-warning business meeting.  This presents an opportunity for the table topics master to ask more table topics questions to fill in for not having that speech.  Or maybe, someone else has that hip-pocket speech ready to go and just needed that opportunity akin to an understudy getting that break to take over that starring role in that play.    Flexibility is key.

3.  Distinguished Club Plan Goals Update

Half way through the Toastmasters year,  we have met 9  of 10 goals.
Reminder – New members are always welcome.

How can you help the club achieve its goals?  It’s simple on one level –  Keep working on your pathways levels goals!  And Keep bringing in and inviting guests!  What you do directly translates into club achievements!!!
Those who bring in members  get special pins from Toastmasters International especially when you bring in 5 new members.  Ask your new member to put your name as sponsor on page 2 of the member application form so that you get credit for sponsoring the membership.

As an added bonus and incentive,  we’d love to get our President’s Distinguished Club status for the 6th  year in a row!!

5.  For guests wishing to be members or former members wishing to renew,  please contact Tonithia Reid.
(Note: Special Dues incentives for those who renew for a year or initiate their membership for a year)
